# Developer resources

Lynta provides realtime infrastructure for applications and AI agent workflows. Your backend remains responsible for authorization, durable data, business rules, and running agents.

## Product guides

- [Realtime for AI Agents](https://lyntahq.com/realtime-for-ai-agents.md): Use State, Channels, and Tasks around agent work while your backend remains authoritative.
- [WebSockets for Developers](https://lyntahq.com/websockets-for-developers.md): Compare polling, Server-Sent Events, and WebSockets, and understand what to verify in a managed provider.
- [State](https://lyntahq.com/state.md): Sync backend changes to connected clients.
- [Channels](https://lyntahq.com/channels.md): Send ephemeral events between connected clients and services.
- [Tasks](https://lyntahq.com/tasks.md): Make live work and participation visible.
- [Pricing](https://lyntahq.com/pricing.md): Review current public plans and limits.

## Quickstart: public documentation search

The read-only search service is public and requires no API key. Run a search with:

```sh
curl -G https://lyntahq.com/v1/ask --data-urlencode 'query=pricing'
```

The JSON response includes matching public pages in `results`; open a result's `url` to read the source. This endpoint searches website documentation only and cannot access customer projects or operate Lynta product services. See the [OpenAPI contract](https://lyntahq.com/openapi.json) for request and response schemas.

## Integration availability

The public site does not publish a customer-facing product API reference, product OpenAPI contract, SDK package, authentication flow, API-key creation, sandbox, or product-action MCP server. No runnable product endpoint or credential flow should be inferred from the illustrative product previews. Ask about product access and integration details using the [early access form](https://tally.so/r/jaOogE).

The site does provide a separate, read-only [NLWeb search endpoint](https://lyntahq.com/ask) for public documentation. The stable versioned path is [`/v1/ask`](https://lyntahq.com/v1/ask); incompatible changes require a new major path version. The `/ask` path remains an unversioned compatibility alias. Search returns links to public pages and cannot access customer projects or operate Lynta services. See its [OpenAPI contract](https://lyntahq.com/openapi.json), [versioning policy](https://lyntahq.com/api/versioning.md), and [API catalog](https://lyntahq.com/.well-known/api-catalog).

The site also provides a read-only [MCP Streamable HTTP server](https://lyntahq.com/mcp) with `search_public_docs` and `fetch_public_page` tools, plus `resources/list` and `resources/read` for the published Markdown pages at `lynta://public-docs/{page}`. It only searches or returns published website pages. See its [server card](https://lyntahq.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json) and [official MCP Registry listing](https://registry.modelcontextprotocol.io/v0.1/servers?search=com.lyntahq%2Fpublic-documentation); it cannot access customer projects or perform product actions.

The read-only [A2A documentation agent](https://lyntahq.com/a2a) searches public pages and returns source links. Its [Agent Card](https://lyntahq.com/.well-known/agent-card.json) describes the supported JSON-RPC interface.

The [Agent Skills index](https://lyntahq.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) publishes instructions for agents to search public material and cite its sources.

The [public agent resources repository](https://github.com/lyntahq/lynta-agent-resources) contains the same public guidance, Agent Plugin manifest, and skill for coding agents and registries.

Install the [Lynta public-information skill from skills.sh](https://skills.sh/lyntahq/lynta-agent-resources/lynta-public-info) with `npx skills add https://github.com/lyntahq/lynta-agent-resources --skill lynta-public-info`.
